| For | This course is designed for anyone in need of the basics, from general education teachers receiving a new student in their classrooms to just-hired paraeducators. It is useful for parents or other family members who do not understand what autism is all about, as well as for administrators, specialists and others interested in the basics. |
| Description | Course provides basic understanding of the full spectrum of autism disorders, the legal environment in which SW SELPA operates and the primary instructional interventions currently employed to help children with ASD. This self-study course is divided into four modules:
