Welcome to the Special Education Family Resource Center!

The Special Education Family Resource Center(FRC) is a public, non-profit organization.  The Special Education FRC is part of a statewide and local network of community based, family focused agencies that provide families access to information resources and support, and establish and maintain links with other resource and referral systems.

The Special Education FRC is a place that families or caregivers of children receiving special education services in the Southwest SELPA community (School Districts, Charters) can go to obtain information, resources and support for their children.

The Special Education FRC offers a library of books, videos/dvd's, learning materials and much much more.  We are continuely adding to our library - see What's New!

Please contact us for additional information via phone or email at (310) 798-2965 or sw_frc@lacoe.edu.

Sincerely,

Mary Ann Clark, PhD, Director
